Role details

The Step Up Step Down Unit is seeking applications for an Occupational Therapist to join their team on a permanent basis.

How to apply and for mandatory requirements regarding this role, please refer to the attached Role Description.

Your opportunity

The purpose of this role is to competently deliver Occupational Therapy clinical services, independently and within a multidisciplinary team, to the clients of the Step-Up Step-Down Sub Acute Facility. The purpose of this facility is to prevent an acute admission to our mental health unit (Step Up) and to assist the transition out of hospital (Step Down). About the Team

These clients may require short-term residential support with intensive clinical treatment to prevent them deteriorating and possibly requiring admission to an acute inpatient unit.
