Key Responsibilities:

Provide a wide range of professional beauty treatments including facials, body scrubs, massage, waxing, and more

Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and client care

Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest hygiene standards

Educate clients on aftercare and recommend appropriate products

Work collaboratively with the team to uphold spa protocols and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum Certificate III or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Remedial massage Diploma will be considered as an advantage)

At least 1 years of hands-on experience in a day spa or luxury wellness environment

Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a warm, welcoming demeanour

High attention to detail and passion for holistic wellness

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
