About the role

Hardaker Painting is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team on the Central Coast, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for providing high-quality painting and decorating services to our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, woodwork, and metal

Applying wallpapers, murals, and other decorative finishes

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, meeting customer specifications and industry best practices

Collaborating with the team to plan and coordinate projects

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Providing exceptional customer service throughout each project

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Painter & Decorator or similar role

Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment

Ability to read and interpret job specifications, diagrams, and blueprints

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
