Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + Super + Performance Bonus

We are currently seeking a dynamic Rehabilitation Consultant to join our dedicated Same Employer team, delivering services across Wollongong and the NSW South Coast.

Your Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will lead the charge in supporting workers on their journey back to employment. You'll play a key role in:

Guiding and supporting individuals in their rehabilitation and return to work

Utilising your expertise in NSW Workers Insurance and CTP schemes to provide informed, effective care

Communicating clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, to foster understanding and trust with clients

Building and maintaining strong, supportive relationships with all stakeholders

Demonstrate outstanding time management skills and a robust work ethic to effectively manage caseloads and priorities

Who We Are Looking For

Our ideal candidate is passionate, client-focused, and highly knowledgeable in the fields of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology. You should:

Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and full registration with AHPRA or ESSA

Be approved by SIRA for conducting workplace assessments and functional capacity evaluations

Possess a valid Working with Children Check, National Police Check certificate, and a driver's license with a reliable vehicle
