ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our Rehabilitation Consultants work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop and implement rehabilitation plans, and monitor progress whilst promoting safe and durable return to activity.

Workplace Assessments

Functional Assessments

Vocational Re-Training and Assessment

Return to Work Planning

Case Conferencing with key stakeholders

Employee Counselling and Support Services

You will engage within a multidisciplinary Allied Health Team with access to supportive treating practitioners and medical specialists.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant who has:

General understanding of the Worker's Compensation and CTP Injury structures;

Willingness to learn with good understanding of the challenges injured workers face when job detached;

Excellent time-management and communication skills;

Strong ability to work both independently and within a team;

Proven track record of providing high-quality care and exceptional customer service;

Relevant qualifications and registration i.e. , Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling

Current driver’s licence and own vehicle;

New Grad's are welcome!
