Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Position

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)

Work Location: In person – Inverell, New South Wales, Australia

The Role:

In this role you will undertake a wide range of preventative maintenance and supporting of the day-to-day production requirements.

Your key responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Responding to breakdowns quickly and effectively, demonstrating strong fault finding and problem resolution capabilities to ensure minimum downtime of all plant equipment
• Working constructively and co-operatively within a team environment; Alignment and focus on safety and safe working methods
• Undertaking preventative and routine maintenance schedules
• Assisting with the installation and maintenance of equipment to enhance production efficiency and reliability
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory, to support efficient operations and compliance requirements.
• Working with our Operations team to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are identified and introduced wherever practicable

Required skills and experience:

• Current Trade Certification
• Highly developed fault finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand production processes and requirements
• Commitment to complying with Company Policies and Procedures and relevant legislative requirements
• Reliable and proven work history
• Ability to work as part of a rotating roster and undertaking of weekend maintenance work
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not required
