About the role

Join the Independent Living Specialists' team as an Operations Support and Delivery Driver based in Ballarat, VIC. In this casual role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's warehousing, storage and distribution operations, ensuring that essential assistive equipment and supplies are delivered and installed to customers quickly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Assist with coordinating and executing daily delivery schedules and routes

Deliver and install products to customers

Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and timely manner

Communicate with customers to provide delivery updates and manage any issues or concerns

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels

Support the broader operations team with various warehouse and logistics tasks as required

What we're looking for

A valid driver's licence and experience operating delivery vehicles

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people

Excellent time management and organisational abilities

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach to your work
