About the role

This casual, Wednesday and Thursday, Picker-Driver role with Onestop Food Service is based in Preston, VIC.

You will play a vital role by ensuring efficient picking and timely deliveries of products to our valued customer in the local area. This position requires a light rigid driver's license and involves occasional overtime deliveries.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate a light rigid vehicle to transport goods

Deliver goods to customer sites within agreed timeframes

Assist in loading and unloading goods in a safe and efficient manner

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness

Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Adhere to all safety regulations

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all deliveries

Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Provide excellent customer service

What we're looking for

A valid Light Rigid Driver's License (Essential)

Demonstrated experience in a warehousing, logistics or delivery role

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A keen eye for safety and a commitment to following all procedures

The ability to find delivery locations efficiently

Forklift License is desirable

MSIC Card is desirable
