Role Description

The HSEQ Business Partner is a senior functional lead role within our team which ensures that HSEQ systems & culture are embedded across all areas of the business. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing & implementing HSEQ policies/procedures & providing training & support to management & employees. The HSEQ Business Partner is also responsible for Quality Assurance tasks & coordinating our annual ISO audit certification process.

Qualifications

Qualifications in a relevant field such as Quality Management, WHS, Environmental Science, or related discipline

Prior experience in similar roles in the manufacturing or related industry desirable.

Strong working knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and occupational health and safety regulations.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Ability to work at pace in a largely independent role, accountable for identifying & managing own priorities & workload.

Advocates for & enforces a 'safety first' mindset, navigates conflict effectively & communicates with influence

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
