An excellent opportunity exists for you to join our well established company Ideal Fasteners. Your base of operations is at Archerfield in the position of Driver/Store Person on a permanent full-time basis.

This role will see you responsible for a variety of duties across our distribution and warehousing department which will include (but is not limited to) mainly deliveries and pick ups utilizing the company vehicles, also, picking & packing of customer orders, receipting of inwards goods, booking deliveries with couriers along with other basic computer work, assisting with our in-house painting facility, and, any ad hoc warehousing duties as required.

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, have a safe driving record and possess a solid understanding of warehousing operations. However, if you're a friendly individual with a willingness to learn then we want to hear from you as full training will be provided. As you will be expected to drive our company delivery vehicles an unrestricted open driver’s license is a requirement for this role. If you are based on the North-side of Brisbane don't worry as the delivery vehicle may be utilized for getting home for the regular northern drops during the work week, finer details of this benefit will be discussed with any potential candidates that live on Brisbane's North-side.

Prior experience within warehousing and stores along with a forklift license would be considered advantageous for this position. You will enjoy working for our market leading company with an excellent location and culture with plenty of scope for growth for the right candidate.

Salary on offer is $60,000 per annum plus 11.5% Superannuation rising to 12% on 1st July 2025
