Backam Group is seeking experienced MIG Welders to join a leading production welding company in Western Sydney. If you're looking for stable, long-term work with great conditions and daily overtime, this is the role for you!

About the Role

You'll be working with a company that specialises in the fabrication of reo and reo cages. No trade certificates are required-just MIG welding experience and the ability to pass a weld test.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG and tack welding
• Inspecting welds for quality and compliance
• General warehouse duties and cleaning

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 6 months MIG or tack welding experience
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Availability Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm
• Own PPE: hard hat, steel caps, high-vis, safety glasses, welding gear
• Reliable transport
• A great attitude and strong work ethic
