The Role:
We are seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join our team in a full-time role. Reporting to the Product Support Team Lead, this role will involve daily management of enquiries from our clients as we continue to grow and launch new products into the market in 2025.
While all experiences count, successful applicants will be motivated to learn, grow and have a strong drive to problem-solve.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hardware and software troubleshooting, maintenance and configuration
- Organise your day, including tracking and responding customers to provide solutions
- Regular meetings and reporting to your manager to ensure service standards and expectations are met
- Identifying and monitoring emerging issues while executing proactive measures for resolution
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry and products
- Contribute to an emerging and exciting industry
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar customer-focused role
- High aptitude for critical thinking and a real interest in problem solving
- Technically savvy would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to varying communication styles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Establishing a positive “can do” attitude and an eagerness to learn new skills
