Company & Job:

We’re on the hunt for experienced CNC Machinists AND/OR CNC Tool Setters to join a tight-knit, high-performing machine shop in the Narellan / Minto / Campbeltown region.

These are hands-on roles where you’ll be working across a wide variety of materials, including brass, copper, stainless steel, and bronze castings.

Australian owned and made, established 30 years ago, operating out of a good sized manufacturing plant.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a machine shop environment.
• Experience with either Fanuc, Hitachi Seiki, and Mori Seiki machines.
• Ability to read and interpret CNC programs.
• Strong technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Fitting experience is highly regarded, along with welding, sawing, drilling, and tapping.
• Clear communicator with a team-first attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
• Safety-focused with a proactive mindset.
