We're now looking for a passionate and experienced Business Services Manager to take the lead on client engagements, mentor a capable team, and help shape the future of our practice.

About the Role

You’ll manage your own client base, provide proactive advice, and lead a capable team. With a strong focus on tax and business services, this role offers a pathway to leadership and the opportunity to make a real impact—both with clients and within the firm.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive client engagement across a diverse portfolio (SMEs, family groups, SMSF, HNW individuals).

Deliver tax, compliance, and advisory services with strong commercial insight.

Identify business opportunities and help shape the strategic vision of the firm.

Play a hands-on role in tax planning, structuring, ATO engagements & interacting with clients

Review and enhance client deliverables, focusing on adding real value

Coach and develop a high-performing team, driving workflow and elevating technical quality

About you

CA/CPA qualified, with 7+ years in public practice

Strong technical knowledge across tax and business advisory

Tech-savvy – comfortable with Xero, MYOB, FYI Docs (bonus!)

You’re proactive and curious, always looking for the ‘why’ behind the numbers

You’ve built strong relationships with clients, and you’re comfortable being their go-to

You know how to manage and coach a team, with high standards around workflow and review

You’re looking for a firm that values capability over hierarchy
