The Opportunity
As the Electrical Lead, you will take ownership of electrical and control systems reliability across the site. You’ll be instrumental in improving equipment uptime, reducing downtime through predictive strategies, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading RCM, FMEA and RCA processes to eliminate equipment failure and inefficiencies
- Driving a proactive and predictive approach to electrical maintenance
- Analysing machine OEE and system trends to flag potential failures before they happen
- Developing and optimising preventative maintenance schedules in the MEX CMMS
- Supporting and mentoring trades on-site in problem-solving tools and best practice
- Providing hands-on technical support across automation and control systems
- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards (AS3000, AS4024, etc.)
Your Skills & Experience We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing electrical or reliability roles (FMCG preferred)
- A trade qualification or engineering degree in Electrical or Mechatronics
- Strong troubleshooting and control systems knowledge (ideally Allen Bradley/SCADA)
- Experience implementing RCM, RCA, FMEA, and predictive maintenance programs
- Proficiency with CMMS systems – MEX highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching ability
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for reliability improvement
