About the role
Join the dynamic team at Sparked Electrical Pty Ltd as an Electrical Leading Hand / 2IC based in Sydney, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in assisting the overseeing electrical work and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinate and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices on a large multidwelling projects

Lead and supervise the team under the support of a Project Manager

Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company procedures

Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to plan and schedule work effectively

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety requirements

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electricians

Maintain accurate records and documentation for projects

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

To be considered for this role you should have:

Qualified electrician with a current, valid Electrical licence

Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a supervisory or site management role in the electrical industry

Strong working knowledge of General Electrical , Dry Fire, CCTV, Security & Access Control

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and manageteams

Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions on site

Ability to read electrical plans and have a good understanding of electrical and wiring diagrams

Familiarity with project management principles and documentation
