About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on team member to join our Hydraulic Hose Division based at our brand-new facility in Rouse Hill. If you've worked in a mechanical, technical, trade, or warehousing role and are looking for more structure, better support, and room to grow-this is for you.

Hydraulic experience or hose and fittings knowledge is a bonus - but not essential. What matters most is your willingness to get stuck in, work hard, and learn.

You'll help manage warehouse operations, assemble and test hydraulic hose assemblies, support our equipment servicing, and provide a high level of customer and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Hose Assembly & Testing- Learn to build and test hydraulic hoses to spec (training provided).
• Warehouse Operations- Help manage stock, dispatch, receiving, and general warehouse processes.
• Service Support-Assist with BOApod and equipment servicing, maintenance, and basic repairs.
• Customer Support- Help field basic product and service queries with a professional and helpful attitude.
• Process & Safety Compliance - Follow BOA's operational, safety, and quality processes.

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years in a mechanical, trade, logistics, or warehouse-based role
• Willing to learn hydraulic hose assembly and product testing (training provided)
• Hands-on, practical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a desire to grow within a business
• Good communicator and team player
• Forklift license is ideal, but not required
• Open to occasional travel across Australia if required
