Proact Health ( www.proacthealth.com.au ) has an opening for an exceptional GP to join a dynamic group of doctors revolutionising the way primary healthcare is delivered in Australia.

Our clinic is located in the Health Centre of an employer work site 30 mins from the Adelaide CBD. We are looking for a GP to work a single day of 2x4 hour sessions per week.

Your role will be to manage a select group of patients with a holistic, proactive healthcare approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert primary care consultations to our clients' employees for acute and chronic health issues.

Collaborate with patients to develop personalised health management plans.

Conduct thorough health assessments and screening tests to identify potential risks.

Coach and educate employees on preventative health strategies, lifestyle improvements, and wellness initiatives.

Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic employee care.

Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.

Qualifications:

RACGP fellowship and AHPRA registration is essential.

A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.

Proven experience in primary care and preventive health management.

Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient interactions.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
