As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of major commercial and industrial properties.
  
  
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of documents including contracts for sale, development agreements, joint ventures, and leases.
  
  
• Conduct and oversee due diligence, planning, and titling reviews.
  
  
• Collaborate with other practice groups, including environment & planning, finance, and tax, to deliver full-service outcomes.
  
  
• Assist with client management, business development, and supervise juniors (depending on experience).
  
  

We’re seeking candidates with:

• At least 2 years’ PQE in real estate law gained from a top-tier or mid-tier firm.
  
  
• A strong track record working on complex commercial property transactions.
  
  
• Excellent drafting skills, commercial acumen, and an eye for detail.
  
  
• A strong academic record and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  
• Enthusiasm for working as part of collaborative, fast-paced and intellectually stimulating team.
