About the Role

You’ll be the driving force behind delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes for our clients across regional Victoria.

This role offers autonomy and trust—but you'll be working within a proven structure, following set processes, and reporting directly to the business owner. You’ll be trained thoroughly in how we do things, and your performance will be measured by results, client satisfaction, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: writing ads, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and presenting candidates

Build and maintain strong client relationships across various industries

Conduct candidate interviews and write concise, insightful summaries

Coordinate placements, follow up with clients and staff, and manage assignments

Use our CRM to track activity and maintain up-to-date records

Follow structured operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality

Light on-call duties on a rotating roster (minimal)

What We’re Looking For

At least 3+ years in a customer-facing, sales, account management, or recruitment role

Someone with energy, initiative and hustle—we’re not looking for a plodder

Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems

Goal-driven, dependable, and highly organised

Someone with a stable employment history and strong references

A genuine interest in building a long-term role in a respected business

Must have a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

What You’ll Get
