We’re looking for a qualified and passionate Automotive Technician to join our friendly, family-owned workshop in Busselton. Become part of a supportive, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering top-quality service and workmanship.
About You:
You're a skilled and dependable mechanic who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Known for your strong work ethic and eye for detail, you thrive in fast-paced settings while consistently upholding exceptional standards.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A Certificate III or higher in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Demonstrated experience working in a workshop as a Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising on quality
- Strong diagnostic abilities and keen technical insight
- Clear and effective communication skills—both written and verbal
- A reliable, flexible, and customer-oriented attitude
- Solid knowledge of workplace Health & Safety protocols
- A valid Full Manual Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
- Willingness to work as part of a rotating Saturday roster
Your Responsibilities:
- Offer professional advice on vehicle mechanical conditions
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, suspensions, and related systems
- Communicate necessary repairs or servicing to the Store Manager and update internal systems
- Conduct test drives and final quality checks prior to vehicle handover
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive workshop environment
- Support general workshop operations as required

- $80,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience) + Super + Bonus
