Specialised DAA facility with in house Robotics and eNRMc charting using Best Med.

A Clinical Pharmacist Role with a great support team including other Pharmacists and experienced Dispensary Technicians

Axcess Healthcare Pharmacy Brisbane is looking for a full-time pharmacist to deliver exceptional pharmacy services to our contracted Facilities.

Located in KIPPA-RING, you will receive in store mentoring by an experienced ownership team of over 30yrs, focusing primarily on patient Electronic Medication profiles ,liaising with GP's , Aged care staff and the dispensary team.

Role:

Create and provide medication profiles to patients for DAA production

dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products

Develop and maintain professional relationships with key personnel to ensure excellent customer service

Support patients, carers, staff and associated employees

Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion and the proper use of medicines

AHPRA registration
