At Independent Med Management (IMM), we’re hiring one outstanding Pharmacist to join our high-performing, office-based clinical team. This is a position unlike anything else currently available in pharmacy.

About the Role

This is a full-time, office-based clinical role focused on complex medication reviews for injured and vulnerable patients. You’ll work closely with a team of expert Pharmacists to:

Review medication regimens for safety, appropriateness, and risk

Identify concerns and make evidence-based recommendations

Engage in clinical conversations with treating doctors and specialists – including challenging discussions

Write clear, structured reports for insurers, solicitors, GPs, and specialists

Manage a high, fast-paced, and constantly evolving workload

Adapt priorities quickly and work independently without needing supervision

Once your training is complete, you’ll have the option to work one day per week from home.

Hours

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm

Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm

That’s a 37-hour week – with your Friday afternoons free!

About You

You’re a Pharmacist who:

Holds current AHPRA registration

Are a clear communicator, both in writing and in clinical discussion

Is confident with computers, writing, and structured report formats

Can work autonomously and adapt to fast-changing priorities and workloads

Have critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-focused mindset

Bonus: Experience in hospital pharmacy or HMR (but not essential)
