The Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for a switched-on electrician who wants variety, autonomy, and job satisfaction. You’ll be on the tools doing real work—fault finding, upgrades, installs, maintenance—across residential and commercial projects. We don’t micromanage—but we do support the hell out of our people.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

Installations, maintenance, repairs and testing to AS/NZS standards

Fault-finding and commissioning with minimal call-backs

Clear client communication and job updates

Accurate documentation using ServiceM8 or similar

Keeping tools, van, and materials in order

Working independently and as part of a skilled, reliable team

What You’ll Bring:

A-Grade WA Electrical Licence & Additional licences (EWP, Working at Heights, First Aid)

White Card + Valid Australian Driver’s Licence (National Police Clearance)

Strong trade skills and neat workmanship

Problem-solving mindset and sharp attention to detail

Good people skills—respectful, clear, and calm under pressure

Experience using iPads/job software (we run paperless)

Can work unsupervised and still deliver

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in data, CCTV, intercoms or air con

Additional licences (ARK License, Security Installer License)

Leadership skills or experience mentoring juniors
