What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Graduate Accountant, you’ll work closely with our experienced team to:

Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns (individual, company, trust), BAS, FBT returns, and other ATO compliance documents

Assist with monthly and quarterly management reporting

Maintain accurate accounting records for a variety of small to medium-sized businesses

Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and provide proactive support

Communicate with the ATO and other government agencies as needed

Support and learn from senior team members across a broad range of client engagements

Who You Are:

You’re someone who’s ready to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional services environment. Ideally, you will:

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bring a positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Have exposure to or interest in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, etc.)

Be nearing completion or recently completed a relevant accounting degree

Aspire to complete CA or CPA qualifications

Be team-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage deadlines

Have an interest in agribusiness and a commitment to living and working in Moree
