The Role

Reporting into the Director, the Construction Manager will be tasked with the running of the projects team, with high involvement in critical projects and schedules, client relations and more importantly, being the face of the projects division with huge influence in winning further work for the business.

Main tasks of the role would include:

• Client-facing role with a strong focus on bringing in projects
• Effectively deliver profitable completion of projects, which meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
• Oversight of scope of works, and change Management
• Team time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management.
• Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Risk Response Plans.
• Procurement Management, Financial Management, Claim Management.
• Maintaining strong relations with Site Managers and other external contractors.

Requirements

It is preferred that those that apply already have mechanical services project experience in Adelaide, and relations to lean on.

You will have handed over multiple mechanical projects during your career, preferably with an upper-tier mechanical contractor, and have a desire to both lead a team by example as well as a drive to maximise the project's pipeline and push the division to new heights.
