About the role

Allout Concrete Pumping is seeking an experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our team in Kurri Kurri, NSW. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various size boom pumps on residential and commercial construction sites.

What you'll be doing

Transporting and operating concrete boom pumps to distribute concrete to designated areas on construction sites.

Performing pre-start checks and routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Administrative duties as required - Invoicing , log books , inductions etc

Troubleshooting any issues that may arise with the equipment and taking appropriate corrective actions

Communicating effectively with site supervisors and other team members.

Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Concrete Boom Pump Operator, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry

Boom Pump Operator's Licence - HRW Licence classification PB

Possession of a valid HR or HC driver's licence

Good mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to safety and a track record of following safety procedures.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
