Join our team at Studio 23 Hair Salon, part of MAZ 23 Pty Ltd, located in the Harbour Town Shopping Centre on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We provide a range of premium hair services, including keratin treatments, hair extensions, creative coloring, and stylish cuts.

About the Position

We are seeking a casual Senior Hairdresser to manage customer appointments and advise clients on haircare products and styles. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing hairdressing services such as coloring, cutting, shampooing, conditioning, and dyeing.

- Styling hair using techniques like straightening and modern hairstyling.

- Using chemicals for hair coloring and permanent waves.

- Proficiently using tools like scissors, clippers, and razors.

- Maintaining salon cleanliness and organizing tools after each shift.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Formal qualifications (Certificate III or IV) and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

- Proficiency in basic and advanced hair services, including balayage.

- Extensive knowledge of haircare products and brands.

- A passion for hairdressing and a commitment to client satisfaction.

- Strong time management skills and an eagerness to learn.

- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.

Compensation and Application Process

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum (exclusive of superannuation).
