Andriessen Property is looking for an experienced person in sales (minimum 2 years’ experience) who we can train up to be a Residential Sales Professional being a long term and highly rewarding career where no 2 days are the same and you work as business within our business.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Find people looking to sell their properties.

• Conduct and perform listing appraisals.

• Attend photo shoots, video & voice over recording sessions, and write marketing, portal & booklet material.

• Show the property to prospective buyers.

• Conduct negotiations with buyers and/or their agents & keep owners informed on final offers, outcomes of inspections, and other purchasing activity

• Manage the sale to hand over.

Requirements & attributes:

• No prior real estate experience is necessary, though welcomed

• Driver’s license and your own reliable & modern car

• Self-motivation & ability to work effectively with a team

• A flair for sales & excellent personal presentation

• Keen communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

• The passion & drive to learn new things & excel within the role
