10 Hour Shifts

About Our Client

Our client is a leading contractor delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects across the region. They are committed to maintaining the highest safety and operational standards while delivering quality outcomes on time.

What you will be doing

Must have a valid and up-to-date RII or VOC to operate compactors

Experience operating 815F or similar compactors

Background in road upgrades and large-scale civil works

Confident operating in and around tight work zones

Ability to compact to specification and follow compaction testing requirements

Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a similar role

What you will need

Operating an 815F Compactor on a major road project

Compaction of various material layers including subgrade and base layers

Working alongside graders and watercarts

Performing pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues

Assisting with other general civil duties as required

Following site safety and environmental procedures
