As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, producing and presenting all foods according to and as directed by our Head Chef. You will provide superior customer service to restaurant patrons, placing the highest importance on food safety and hygiene, food preparation and presentation to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

• Place highest importance to food safety and hygiene of food preparation
• Prepare, produce and present all foods in accordance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
• Focus on the importance of customer service
• Display an open friendly manner and positive attitude and team spirit
• Follow given tasks to completion and to the best of your ability
• Communicate promptly, clearly and concisely to Head Chef and other team members on all matters
• Hold appropriate qualifications
• Have previous experience as a Cook
• Be able to work productively in a fast paced, changing workplace
• Maintaining a standard that is consistent for our brand
• Being aware of profit margins and keeping waste to a minimum
• Available to work AM & PM shifts, weekends and public holidays
