About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispensary Assistant to join our dynamic team at Erina Pharmacy. As a Dispensary Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate dispensing of medications to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Erina, NSW 2250

What you'll be doing

Accurately and efficiently processing and dispensing prescriptions under the supervision of a Pharmacist

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Accurate preparation of Webster medication packs

Communicating effectively with customers to provide exceptional customer service

Restocking and organising the dispensary to ensure efficient workflow

Adhering to all relevant pharmacy regulations and maintaining a high level of attention to detail

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dispensary or pharmacy setting

Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a high level of care to our patients

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work

Proficient in using pharmacy software and computer systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing the best possible care to our customers
