Dedicated admin and reception team – we handle bookings, payments, and reminders so you can focus on your clients

Marketing and referrals support – including personalised email, business cards, and promotion to GPs, schools, and the broader community

Peer support and mentoring – including optional peer supervision and support for early-career psychologists by a Board-approved supervisor

Opportunities to grow into assessment work – if desired, including ADHD, autism and cognitive assessments (training/supervision available)

Selection Criteria

About the Role
We’re seeking a warm and skilled psychologist to provide assessment and therapeutic support to individuals navigating life changes, mental health challenges, or those simply seeking to improve wellbeing. The role is tailored to your interests – adults, children, trauma, performance, neurodiversity, or general practice – and can evolve over time.

Both experienced and early-career psychologists are encouraged to apply. Provisional psychologists are also encouraged to express their interest as there may be opportunities for client hours and supervision as we continue to expand.

Who We’re Looking For – Selection Criteria

Essential:

AHPRA registration (or eligibility for provisional registration)

Eligibility for Medicare provider number (or working towards)

Strong clinical grounding in evidence-based therapy

A warm, collaborative, and professional approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Comfortable with a range of presentations in adult populations (child/adolescent interest also welcome)

Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and referrers

Current ABN and professional indemnity/public liability insurance

Desirable:

Confidence using electronic case management systems (e.g. Zanda)

Interest or experience in conducting cognitive, ADHD or autism assessments with children or adults
