Farm Hand – Organic Market Garden (Permanent Part-Time)

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on farm hand to join our growing organic farm.

This is a market garden operation — no tractor work. Tasks involve a wide range of manual work including bed prep, transplanting, weeding, harvesting, washing, and packing produce. You’ll be working across multiple crops in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

What we’re looking for:
– Experience preferred but not essential
– Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
– Good work ethic, attention to detail, and a solid level of physical fitness
– Punctual, honest, and able to follow instructions
– Interest in organic farming, food, or sustainability a plus
– No smoking onsite

This is a permanent part-time position. The farm is currently expanding, and there’s potential for more hours or progression for the right person.

Pay is above award. Immediate start available.
