Greenfield Project with a Market Leader in Growth Mode

TheDriveGroup is working with a long-term client to build a brand new team. This tech focused business is growing fast and kicking off a major digital transformation. They’re looking for two Senior .NET Engineers to join a fresh squad from the ground up.

These are 12 month contracts on a brand new project, with extensions expected. It’s a great time to get in as they build the team from scratch, with plenty of long term work ahead and a chance to make a real impact early.
You’ll be joining a company known for hiring strong engineers. The team is smart, collaborative and focused on building things properly—clean code, high test coverage, SOLID principles and scalable services.

Both roles are backend focused. One will also involve some GraphQL work, but it’s not essential for both positions.

You’ll get good flexibility, a hybrid setup split between home and their Sydney CBD office, and strong career progression. Many of their engineers have stepped into Tech Lead roles over time.
