Starting salary range $70,000-$80,000 with annual salary review

The Marion Hotel is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Manager to join our award winning team. With 62 accommodation rooms and multiple public areas, the role requires a hands on manager to oversee the daily cleaning of all areas of the Marion Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are kept at a consistently high standard of cleanliness
Coordinate rosters to meet wage budget KPI's
Manage housekeeping inventory including linen, cleaning supplies and equipment
Recruit and train new team members on proper cleaning techniques and hotel standards
Work with other hotel departments to support overall operations
About You
Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory or management setting
Strong leadership and coaching skills, able to develop team members
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
