This Casual role is a dual role as a Customer Experience Officer and a Vehicle Detailer at Griffith Airport. You will split your time between the counter and the wash bay as needed.

What is this role all about?

As a Customer Experience Agent with SIXT Griffith, you’ll play a pivotal role in making people and their things easily mobile through the delivery of premium customer service.

Your responsibilities will be:

Providing an exciting and premium customer experience, exceeding customer expectations every time.

Opening and closing rental agreements seamlessly and accurately.

Answer any customer enquiries, face-to-face, over the phone or by email

Pick-up and delivery of vehicles, when required

General administrative tasks

Detailing vehicles to a premium standard

Ensuring all aspects of SIXT’s quality controls are delivered and maintained, including presentation of the counters, paperwork and fleet.

Selling additional, over the counter, rental products

Other administrative and operational tasks and being part of team to ensure a high level of presentation of the Branch.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent communication skills, a can-do, positive attitude, and a flair for sales.

Strong attention to detail, including administration and presentation

Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential

Competent computer skills to perform daily tasks

Current, unrestricted full driving license

Current Police Check

Flexible working hours

Full working rights in Australia

Ability to multi-task during peak periods and able to work unsupervised

A flexible attitude is required as our locations are 7-day operations so shifts will include some weekends
