Our client continues to expand its iron ore operations across WA. With the Wiluna camp scaling up accommodation and workforce, They are now hiring 2 Day Shift Chefs/Cooks to assist with meal service and kitchen operations for a camp of 70+ people.

About the Role:

You’ll be working closely with the Head Chef to prepare and serve meals for day shift crews, maintain food safety standards, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during daytime operations.

Duties include:

Assisting with breakfast and lunch preparation for 70+ personnel

Supporting food storage, stock rotation, and prep for next-day meals

Cleaning and sanitising kitchen areas and utensils

Serving meals in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a FIFO or commercial kitchen environment

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery – highly regarded

Strong attention to cleanliness and food presentation

Ability to take direction and support team-based service

C Class driver’s licence

Able to pass pre-employment medical and DAS

Available for 3 July or 17 July 2025 mobilisation

What’s on Offer:

$40–$45/hr depending on experience + super on all hours

2:1 FIFO roster ex-Perth

Meals, accommodation and site facilities provided
