About the team:
Student Wellbeing and Inclusion Programs and Services works collaboratively with schools, students and their families to strengthen a whole of system approach to assist students to develop into healthy, resilient young people who can maximise their learning opportunities and wellbeing. Student Wellbeing and Inclusion Programs and Services is part of Inclusion and Engagement Services, which is committed to ensuring that all students receive an education in a supportive environment that values diversity, inclusion and participation.
About the role:
As the Assistant Director Health Policy and Programs, you will provide strategic advice, analysis, development and management of policies and collaborative programs relating to student wellbeing, disability and health to better support schools and improve education outcomes for students.
To be successful, you will have demonstrated experience in leading and delivering strategic and evidence-based policy, analysis and advice. You will have high-level interpersonal and communication skills and be able to write in an informed, concise and influential manner to relevant audiences including having experience in leading programs and funding agreements.
