Are you an amazing communicator, who has attention to detail, is hard working, able to manage your time well, multitask and use your initiative to solve problems?
Training Unlimited is looking for an Administrator/Business Development support with excellent computer and verbal communication skills. Ideally, we would like someone who is comfortable on a computer and proficient in Microsoft Office/HubSpot or CRM systems.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
External communication with existing and potential clients
Efficiently supporting all students and trainers in relation to training needs
To accurately and efficiently maintain all students’ records and information
To effectively and professionally maintain and coordinate input of all data required for training delivery into the student management system
Ensure all student results are uploaded
Maintaining our trainee’s records and claiming processes
Oversee and monitor the weekly timetable to ensure efficiency
To accurately execute all policies and procedures relating to student management
To effectively communicate and report to Management
Ensuring that all required course material is available
Ensure training room is set up ready for courses
Assist with marketing the business
Assist with organising events
Ordering office consumables
Assistance with issuing of qualifications to students
Be responsible for effective communication between trainers, students, staff, and industry partners.
To implement and adhere to quality systems
Adhere to requirements and WHS compliance throughout all duties
