We’re now looking for a reliable and proactive Factory Hand & Fabricator to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in preparing and supporting our installation teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this varied and active role, you’ll work closely with our operations and install teams to ensure every project runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

⚙️ Preparing materials for installation jobs – cutting aluminium, preparing and assembling products in-house using saws and power tools.

📋 Quality checking all fabricated parts and materials against specifications

🚚 Picking up and delivering materials from local suppliers

📦 Assisting in organising and managing stock within the warehouse

🤝 Supporting onsite installation teams when extra hands are needed – especially for lifting or site prep

🧽 Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace

🏆Work with management to develop new products

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s hands-on, detail-focused, and takes pride in getting things right the first time.

Required:

Manual driver's licence (must be confident with local driving/deliveries)

Comfortable using saws, drills, measuring accurately and basic hand/power tools

Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow clear instructions

Able to work autonomously and be self motivated

Positive team attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

Highly Desirable:

Experience in a fabrication, construction, or warehousing environment

Knowledge of aluminium products or trade-based materials

Forklift licence (bonus but not essential)
