Quality Coordinator – Aged Care

Are you passionate about quality care and have a strong understanding of aged care accreditation standards? Our client is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join a leading aged care provider at their brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Tamworth.

About the Role:

• Permanent Part-Time (3 days/week)
• 7.5-hour shifts
• Lead and support quality and compliance initiatives across the home
• Play a key role in accreditation preparation and audits
• Work closely with the Facility Manager and clinical teams to ensure ongoing compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards

Key Requirements

• Accreditation experience is essential
• Registered Nurse or strong Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (minimum 3+ years aged care experience preferred – less experienced ENs may still be considered)
• Excellent understanding of aged care quality frameworks
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
