The Role

You’ll work with a portfolio of loyal small-to-medium business clients across:

Sole Traders, Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, and SMSFs

Tax planning, financial statements, BAS, and income tax returns

Providing real insights and value, not just compliance

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in an accounting firm (intermediate or senior level)

A strong grasp of Australian tax law and accounting standards

Exceptional working knowledge of Xero – our clients use it, and so do we

Confident, client-facing communication and the ability to run jobs independently

A desire for leadership, long-term stability, and a stake in something real
