About the Role
As the Appointment Setter, you’ll work closely with the founder to engage a robust inbound pipeline and database. Your day-to-day includes following up with opt-ins, webinar attendees, and database leads to qualify interest and book strategy calls. You'll have plenty of autonomy and plenty of support.
Your Responsibilities:
Call, message, and follow up persistently with inbound leads
Book high-quality sales calls from leads generated by Scoreapp, webinars, and funnels
Manage leads in the CRM (ActiveCampaign, moving to GHL) with meticulous attention to detail
Work closely with the founder to refine lead engagement strategy
Build relationships and nurture the pipeline
What We’re Looking For
Experience in outbound or inbound appointment setting, ideally in coaching or service industries
Demonstrated experience or training in high ticket sales
Hustler mentality with finesse – you’re persistent, but never pushy
Ability to self-manage, take ownership, and adapt to new tools and systems
Social intelligence – you know when to zig and when to zag with prospects
Intrinsically motivated and fun to work with!
Open to growth – ideally looking to step into Closer responsibilities in future
