At Swan Facade Services we specialise in all types of high rise window cleaning, especially large contracts and multi-story complexes done by means of BMU within the Perth Metropolitan District.

Job tasks & Responsibilities

This is a Casual position. The successful candidate will be required to undertake window cleaning tasks via EWP's and BMU's and the installation and certification of height safety systems. The majority of work is within the CBD of Perth, but work does range from Joondalup to Mandurah so having a reliable vehicle is essential.

Skills & Experience

Window Cleaners

Essential - (Do apply if you don't meet essential criteria)

Minimum 2 years window cleaning experience

Working at Heights

Valid Police Clearance within 1 year

Current Valid Australian Drivers License

Access to Vehicle

Desirable

High Risk Licence (EWP)

White Card

Candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing prior to employment.

Pay rate is negotiable based upon demonstrated experience.
