Auscor is a medium sized business based in Canning Vale that has been operating for over 20 years. We specialize in Cathodic Protection, protecting the integrity of both buried metallic assets and immersed/subsea assets. We assist clients across WA and interstate with greenfield and brownfield construction projects, asset repair, maintenance, and system assessments. We service some of the largest asset owners across the country with a large pipeline of work based both metro and rural.

The Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated field technician for a casual full-time position at our Canning Vale based company. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop and thrive through a diverse range of projects in various locations. In your job capacity, you will report to Project Supervisors and Project Managers who will provide you with direction and support to ensure client satisfaction. With a broad range of projects, you will follow company procedures and apply adept problem-solving skills to fulfil individual project requirements in a timely and safe manner.

About You

• 2+ years in a working construction environment.
• Experience working proficiently with both hand tools and power tools.
• Motivated and dedicated to achieving high-quality results.
• Able to manage physical workload demands.
• Drivers’ license.
• White Card (Construction Induction Training).
• Flexible work hours.

These attributes will be highly regarded:

• Experience in pipelines or pipeline construction.
• An understanding of simple DC circuits.
• Confined Space Entry and/or Working at Heights experience.
• HR or MR license.
