About the Role:

Step into a challenging and rewarding role with the Assertive Community Outreach Team (ACOS), part of Mental Health, Justice Health, and Alcohol and Drug Services (MHJHADS).

Based at the City Community Health Centre, this is your chance to make a real impact supporting people in the community with complex mental health needs-primarily psychotic or severe bipolar disorders. Working within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver flexible, assertive outreach care across Canberra, often supporting individuals who have struggled to engage with traditional services. This shift-based role offers the opportunity to lead, supervise, and shape clinical practice in a recovery-focused, person-centred environment that values innovation, inclusion, and continuity of care.
