What we’re looking for:

A genuine interest in gardening and the outdoors

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliability and good work ethic

Willingness to complete a 3–4 year apprenticeship

Driver’s licence (or close to getting one)

Ability to obtain a National Police Check

What you’ll learn as an ANL Apprentice Gardener:

Plant identification, pruning, and general plant care

Lawn care, mowing, edging, weeding, and fertilising

Safe operation of garden tools and machinery

Irrigation basics and pest management

Presenting gardens to a professional standard
