About the Role:
Our client, a respected 3PL logistics provider, specialises in warehousing and distributing medical equipment and healthcare products. We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Pick Packers to join their dynamic team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who show dedication, consistency, and a strong work ethic.

Location:
Currently based in Ermington, with a planned move to a brand-new warehouse in Wetherill Park in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual picking and packing of healthcare and medical products
• Family picking - working with grouped product codes (e.g. contact lenses by prescription range)
• Accurate order fulfilment with high attention to detail
• Some picking required in cool room/freezer room (cold storage) (15 - 20 minutes at a time)
• Quality checks and ensuring product integrity
• Meeting daily KPIs in a fast-paced environment (New orders come through hourly)

Requirements:

• Previous manual / family pick packing experience is essential
• High attention to detail - working with sensitive and regulated products (numerical data)
• Must be Permanent Resident or Australia Citizen - must be available for ongoing work
• Must have own reliable transport (no public transport access)
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare warehousing is highly regarded
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment

What We Offer:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm (Must be flexible)
