Join a leading national food distribution company in their Dry Goods section as an experienced Voice Picker. This is an ongoing casual opportunity offering full-time hours, paid overtime and consistent work Monday to Friday. You will be part of a supportive and high-performing team, picking and assembling a variety of packaged goods in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will be working staggered day or afternoon shifts (between 3am–3pm starts), with daily shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Training and induction will be provided.

The Role Includes:

• Voice picking dry goods in a high-volume warehouse
• Operating ride-on electric pallet jacks
• Manually shrink-wrapping completed pallets
• Lifting boxes up to 22kg
• Meeting daily KPIs of 90–100%
• Handling packaged alcohol and tobacco products

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

• Voice picking experience – ESSENTIAL
• Experience with electric pallet jacks
• Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
• Physical fitness and reliability
• Flexibility to work 5 days/week between 3am and 7pm
• Availability to work full-time hours with paid overtime
• Willingness to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol test
